Calculator inputs
Calculations happen locally in your browser. We do not transmit calculator inputs to our server, use accounts, or save inputs in cookies or browser storage. Reloading the page clears the inputs.
Analytics and cookies
When enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage, such as pages visited, device and browser information, and traffic sources. Google Analytics may use cookies and process usage information through Google. Our analytics code does not send calculator inputs or results as events. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. See Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider may process standard server logs, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and request times, to operate and secure the website. Calculator values are not placed in page URLs.
Sharing and copying
Sharing is optional. Share result sends totals and a calculator link to the destination you choose through your browser or device. Copy result places that text on your clipboard. Start and end times, break inputs, and row details are excluded. The selected destination has its own privacy policy.
If you email hello@workclockcalc.com, your email provider and ours process your message and email address. We use that information to respond. Avoid sending sensitive personal or workplace information.
